I have learned to get the pure essence of a business by sitting down with the key people and distilling the objectives, the workflow, the customer experience, and everything about the business that needs a public face. 

We sit together, you talk. You tell me what you do, I take notes and ask questions. You drive the process and the direction. I offer some advice. You tell me more. I go away and write the copy to your needs and you make the changes you need. You are in control of the process and the outcome. I am just here to help.

A well composed photograph can help tell your story in so many ways.  From small farms to big distributors, I work with clients to understand their brand values and needed outcomes. My work has been published in books, magazines, and daily papers for over two decades and continues to bring value to commercial clients around the globe.

EDITORIAL

I tell stories. I find the human story in any situation and let the arc unfold making sure the facts are there for the permanent public record. From human interest, the environment, business to the field for which I have made a name over the past two decades: food I continue to write compelling and engaging editorial for dailies, magazines, web, and journals.

Hosting/Emcee/ Public Speaking

This is my happy space. Telling stories in a big happy voice in public venues. Channel 7 hired me to be the voice for Iron Chef Australia. I have been the MC for events like Melbourne Food and Wine, Apollo Bay Seafood Festival, AMIC Smallgoods Conference, Seafood Industry Victoria conference and awards and Dairy Industry Australia Victoria. I understand primary production, business and how people work in the public sphere. I make conferences and award ceremonies seamless and memorable.
