COVID-19 requirements or restrictions:

1.     If the Event is cancelled in 2021 as a result of COVID-19 requirements or restrictions, you will receive a refund of the ticket price;

2.     If the Event is postponed and rescheduled to another date within 2021 because of COVID-19 requirements or restrictions, we will advise customers of the rescheduled date for 2021 and you may hold onto their tickets for the new dates. If the Event cannot run in 2021 and is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price;

3.     If we are no longer able to accommodate you due to capacity limits as a result of COVID safe restrictions in place, you will receive a refund of the ticket price;

4.     If you are prevented from travelling to Daylesford due to State, Territory or Commonwealth government travel restrictions and you advise us that you are unable to travel at least seven days before the Event (so we have enough time to offer your tickets to someone that has missed out), you will receive a refund of the ticket price; and

5.     If you or any of your group members have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to isolate (or if any of your close contacts or group members has COVID-19 symptoms) and you notify us and provide us with some evidence (e.g. a medical certificate) at least 24 hours prior to your attendance at the Event (or as soon as you can if there are valid reasons why 24 hours’ notice is not possible), you will receive a refund of the ticket price.

Outdoor events are subject to adverse weather conditions. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur during the event and acknowledge that tickets will not be refunded or exchanged for a gift voucher, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
